Kim Busk, President

After spending many years working in the construction business Kim became a qualifier on the license in 1978. Since then he has worked steady as a Project Manager completing many jobs. He has also been able to work close with many clients to see that their projects are completed on time to their expectations. Many of these jobs valued close to a million dollars and some more than a million dollars. April of 2003 Kim became the president of BC Building Corporation and moved his qualifying contractor status to it.

Honas Busk, Vice President

With the many years Honas has been building he has learned a lot of skills that are helpful to the company. He has worked most of the larger jobs with Kim. This experience is especially helpful when there are a lot of workmen on the job and it takes a skilled person who knows how to lead them to get the job done.  With all these things in place it is easier to have a completed job that makes our clients pleased with their completed projects. Honas brings all these assets to the company.

Kendall Busk, Secretary-Treasurer

Starting at the bottom, just as all his father’s boys did, Kendall learned the building industry.  He continued building as he completed his degree in business management in 1978.  At his return to Richfield he ran a construction crew, entered into a Partnership with his father and brothers, and worked with accounting part time.  When the business was incorporated he served as a corporate officer for the entire time until his departure.  Kendall now works as the office manager, controller and estimator.  Working closely with the project manager he sees that a material for the jobs is delivered on time.

Jewell Busk,

Much of what we have learned and accomplished can be attributed to our father. He started building in the early 1940's and around 1955 began his own company.  He started us very young giving us the opportunities to work with him on his projects. We started at the bottom as labor and worked into apprenticeships.  As such we learned equipment operation, concrete form setting and finish, carpentry framing and finish work.  Dad also was instrumental in encouraging us to move into the steel building industry.  Thanks again dad for all you have done for us.
