The three principals of BC Building Corporation are, Kim Busk, Honas Busk and Kendall Busk. They came from a family of six sons and two daughters of Jewell and Carol Busk. Jewell was a contractor who started all his sons working for him when they were young. They worked with him in the family construction business for almost three decades. After their fathers passing away Kim, Honas and Kendall left this company in 2003 to form BC Building Corporation.

Kim Busk, President

After spending many years working in the construction business Kim became a qualifier on the license in 1978. Since then he has worked steady as a Project Manager completing many jobs. He has also been able to work close with many clients to see that their projects are completed on time to their expectations. Many of these jobs valued close to a million dollars and some more than a million dollars. April of 2003 Kim became the president of BC Building Corporation and moved his qualifying contractor status to it.

Kendall Busk, Secretary-Treasurer

Working as a carpenter and a concrete worker for about eight years Kendall also completed an associate degree in business management in 1978. He continued to work construction running a crew for a few years and doing accounting work part time. Over the last fifteen years he has worked as the controller, seeing that all work in the bookkeeping and accounting is completed. He has also done most of the purchasing working closely with the project managers to see that material is delivered to their jobs. He also does some estimating and project development. Kendall continues to do these duties in the new company.

Honas Busk, Vice President

With the many years Honas has been building he has learned a lot of skills that are helpful to the company. He has worked most of the larger jobs with Kim. This experience is especially helpful when there are a lot of workmen on the job and it takes a skilled person who knows how to lead them to get the job done. He is a skilled operator on equipment to. With all these things in place it is easier to have a completed job that makes our clients pleased with their completed projects. Honas brings all these assets to the company.
